Tools matter.

This poster, at the Education Café, asked a simple question that I ask many designers and artists: what are your favorite tools? The answers are always instructive, but this poster, in the middle of the MakerFaire, helped me think through what I think we need at my school’s design lab. Pencil and paper is critical of course, but knives and scissors and zip ties and PVC cutters and hand drills… It’s a lot to think about. @DaveGray, I also remembered to put your Semigram/"Forms fields and flows" in there, too.
